Our role is to act on your behalf and provide independent advice on the suitability of a particular property, irrespective of who the selling agent is. We are there to overcome impulse buying, overpricing and misrepresentation.

As your buyers agent our responsibility is to negotiate the best price on your behalf, to carry out due diligence and provide a full written report that covers issues such as price comparisons, area guide, property condition and legalities. We can also provide you with a full 360 virtual tour, floor plans and organise a bank valuation if mortgage finance is required.

This service also extends to buying off market properties, homes that are not widely advertised either in the interests of confidentiality or a sellers personal circumstances. Our role is to seek out these properties on your behalf and put together a shortlist prior to you visiting Spain. All will have been thoroughly inspected, match your criteria and very often priced substantially less than comparable properties in the same area.

Our service in respect of a property being acquired below market value is fee based and is determined by the work and time involved, typically 1% of the purchase price. This can be offset by the savings you are likely to make, often tens of thousands of euros.
