Description of the Villa:
Split level in an elevated position in a very quiet and tranquil area of Granadella, Javea. It has both sea and inland views and is just a 5 minute drive to the quaint and secluded bay of Granadella and 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain. Its gardens are laid to lawn shaded by pine trees and it has a south facing patio. To the rear is the pool and barbeque which looks over the mountainous region of the Montgo, the famous landmark of the area. The villa is open plan with a Tosca stone fireplace in the lounge, satellite TV and surround sound DVD system (for both music and film entertainment). There is a circular dining room and enclosed naya. The whole area is spacious with wooden beams, pillars and arches throughout which create a typical Spanish ambience.

The rear of the property overlooks much of Javea yet is not overlooked itself, and enjoys catching the stunning evening sunsets over the mountains which separate Javea and Moraira. The property is in a tranquil area and set in lush gardens with pine trees and a beautiful terraced pool. There are exterior stairs which lead down from the upstairs balcony to the newly refurbished 3 bedroom downstairs apartment which is fully self-contained and has its own courtyard.
